    Service: Everything worked fine when ordering etc.. Problem is in the delivery advice process. The hour time slot advice is sent to the purchaser NOT the recipient. As this purchaser is located 8 time zones behind the UK, most advice e-mails therefore arrive in the middle of my night. So by the time I read the delivery time slot advice, there is no way that the recipient can be advised as to the parcel arrival time, as it is usually come and gone. You need a system that advises the RECIPIEMT rather than the purchaser.

    Service: I sent this fruit basket to a colleague who is poorly and they were absolutely delighted. I was notified every step of the ordering and delivery process so I knew exactly where the basket was at any one time. I requested next day delivery and it was delivered perfectly on time. My colleague sent a couple of pictures of the fruit basket and the personalised ribbon was such a special touch that really cheered her up. All of the fruit was fresh and she commented that there was plenty of it and a great selection.

    I've ordered fruit baskets a few times now and everyone is always so delighted. I find them such a refreshing change from sending flowers. I absolutely highly recommend. Great service and great product. Thank you!
