    Service: Staff were very helpful especially when I needed to change the delivery address close to the delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was re-confirmed perfectly. Delivery service was excellent with driver arriving within stated delivery window and also assisting with getting the (heavy) basket into the house.
    Product: I've not seen the basket myself, but the recipient said it looks lovely with a wide selection of fruit.
