    Service: I was very happy to find a company that accepted my order after 4pm for delivery on Saturday for my dad's birthday. I was kept updated on the delivery, as promised and it arrived on time.
    Product: I have given 4 stars rather than 5 simply because I did not see the basket until much of the fruit had been eaten. What I did see, appeared to be very good quality. My elderly dad did not remember eating the chocolates but my niece was very impressed by the ribbon with printed message. The addition of the birthday card was also a nice touch
