    Service: Recipient was really pleased with contents of the basket and it was delivered within the time frame- the loss of a star is due to the options for the message (Get Well Soon was the nearest we could get for someone who has a terminal illness) and we understand that the recipient was unable to move it into her flat herself and had to wait for a visitor to move it from outside her front door.

    Product: Nice. Would have loved to see more color contrast, eg green. So that it would have a tropical appearance, maybe a colorful ribbon, brown makes it look like fall. Maybe show the pineapple more 🤔
