Service: We had some difficulty with the ordering process on the website which could be our fault.The delivery charge was misleading because it was quoted as higher than expected but finally turned out to be much lower.
This could have deterred us from ordering.
Product: The report we had from our friends was that the fruit basket was "lovely".
