    Service: I had a problem with delivery to a hospital, but this company replied promptly to my email, followed up the query, kept me in touch with what was happening to my parcel. It was almost as good as talking to a real person!
    Product: I cannot really comment on the quality of the fruit because i never saw it.

    Service: Bought for a friend who is absolutely delighted.
    The website was very user friendly and the service second to non.
    Not only was I informed of progress my friend received a message that a parcel was on its way.

    Service: I sent this basket of fruit to my friend for her 86th birthday. She was very thrilled with the contents and presentation. As she has been very ill recently she was particularly pleased to have fruit delivered as she has been unable to go out shopping. She also appreciated the phone call that I was able to give her through your excellent tracking system, to tell her that the parcel would be delivered in 20 minutes. She has unfortunately been a victim of a fraud attack and is very nervous of opening her door to anyone so this was greatly appreciated

    Product: My sister-in-law loved the fruit basket and I am hoping that it will encourage her to start eating again, as at the moment she is going through a bad bout of pneumonia and has completely lost her appetite. I am glad that my choice has gone down well with her.
