    Service: Delivered at correct time & day, unfortunately message & senders name where not on basket so recipients have had to phone round family & friends to see who had sent basket.
    Product: Given as present so did not see fruit basket but so far no complaints.

    Product: Thankyou,very pleased with my basket choice. You never really know if what you see on the site is what you'll get. It was for My son is away from home and feeling unwell, i wanted him to have something to make him smile and know that he was being thought of, as well as good for him.He has sent me a picture of the basket and is very happy, as am i.     Service: I paid to have this delivered on Saturday 11th May yet it was delivered on the Friday 10th May. Whilst this is quick service, I particularly wanted it delivered on Saturday for her birthday. It also means I paid £3 for a service that I didn't receive
    Product: Fruit was of good quality. My daughter loved it.

    Service: The only problem i had was when filling in the order form. I was sending this to my grandson and his partner as a house warming present and the form insisted on a home phone number which they do not have yet so had to put their old number on even though they do not live there anymore. I should have thought a mobile number would be enough.
    Product: They were thrilled, they only moved in the day before and had not had a chance to go shopping.
