The Company sent me a photo and I was delighted to see that both photo and hamper were identical.They sent me regular updated e mails.This was an online order and I will use this company in future, as prices are reasonable and the hamper presentation was impressive.     Product: I was really happy that the company provided options for other hampers, beside fruit hampers. I ordered a fruit hamper with green tea and cake for someone who required a specialist, dietary plan. I ordered from the Company and the delivery specified, came on my requested date. The Company sent me a photo and I was delighted to see that both photo and hamper were identical.The fruit was extremely fresh and the products were well within the specified sell by date. Very pleased and will reorder from Express Gift Service again.

    Service: Had this delivered to a friend, unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house, ten doors down, the person who received it was expecting a parcel and they opened it. They fortunately realised it was not for them and were honest and rang your company to tell you and they then delivered them to my friend.
    Product: My friend was delighted with the basket of fruit despite it being opened by a neighbour!
