    Service: Excellent, I was kept informed all the way to delivery. Easy to use website with loads of choices and prices. The recipient got a text giving her a one hour delivery time slot (as did I).
    Product: My friend was particularly pleased there were some more unusual fruits to enjoy and said as much as she loves flowers she'd already had quite a few! Basket crammed with goodies.

    Service: The basket was delivered quickly to ts destination. and within the time frame. Took a while to sort out your online ordering system (needs to be a little simmpler) but everything went through fine.
