    Service: Sent this to a seriously ill friend of mine in Hospital who was thrilled to receive it. The service was superb and it arrived the next day after I ordered it. I visited her in the afternoon and the basket of fruit was beside her. The fruit was all fresh and in perfect condition.

    Service: Easy to order on line and delivery was on time The delivering let service down Despite instructions asking the driver to wait for door to be answered he didn’t The person receiving goods has recently had an op and can’t get to the door quickly she managed to catch driver before he drove off Again I had requested driver carry goods in as friend has walking sticks and he was extremely reluctant despite the fact it was obvious my friend could not carry the goods herself The driver claimed he only had 30 seconds per delivery this is not good for elderly or infirm -I appreciate it is a busy time of year but the standard of delivery let my experience down
    Product: As my friend cannot shop she was delighted with the basket which was beautifully presented and she tucked in to the contents straight away!
