    Service: Not 5 star as when my friend opened the box it contained a card saying something like Get well soon Paul - she found my Happy Birthday Nesta note at the bottom of the parcel. The packer needs to pay more attention.
    Product: My friend says the fruit is lovely and in good condition, a mix of ripe and yet to ripen, which is ideal.

    Service: Great service, kept you well informed of delivery date and time.
    Product: Given as a gift and they were delighted with it. I was sent a photo of the basket of fruit from my cousin which I felt did not look as well presented as shown on website so bit disappointed. But the ribbon was lovely and fruit nice and fresh just not presented well.
