    Service: the website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. However, I was sent regular updates stating that the fruit would be delivered to me rather than to the person I had purchased the fruit for.
    When I checked my order I had put me down as the billing address and my friend as the delivery address but had me worried for a time.
    My friend did not receive any of these emails so the fruit was a complete surprise - but luckily he was in and able to receive it.
    Product: My friend was very happy with the fruit basket and choice and quality of the fruit was great.

    Service: Very pleased with the fruit basket I ordered as a get well gift for my daughter, she was delighted. I discovered that I had mistakingly given wrong delivery date when I ordered so when I realized I e-mailed Express Gifts, recieved a reply very quickly and a next day delivery was arranged. Very impressed and will certainly use again !

    Service: I was kept in formed by email from the item being processed to time of delivery and when the fruit basket had been delivered and signed for.

    Product: The recipient was delighted with the fruit basket.The variety of fruit was amazing and the packaging for a birthday gift was very personal with his name on the birthday ribbon. The birthday boy was thrilled with his gift.
