    Service: The ordering process and the service was fab. The product is great especially the personalised ribbon.
    I was however really disappointed that the product was left outside my friends house in the snow. She was in all day as she is just out of hospital and I had to text her to tell her it was outside, it had been there for a couple of hours. This was a real shame as took the special surprise out of the gift.
