  Hi! Thanks for assisting me with my query though regrettably, I had to make an international call from Singapore in order to check that the parcel was right. Perhaps a 9 pound delivery rate should not have been quoted for a pre-1pm delivery if that option was impossible for Edinburgh/Scotland. Also, there was a bit of a mix-up (?) with the title of the order (it was entitled Express 4 Fruits on the delivery day which led to undue panic that wouldn’t have been necessary)

  I have ordered fruit baskets before from Express Gift Service reason being they have such a very good selection of gifts to choose from. Their website is of high standard. They keep you informed throughout the whole process of the order. The company “DPD” that they use as courier are excellent too, they are very informative you can really rely on them to give an accurate time of delivery & a photo sent to prove it has been delivered.
