  I have just heared from my friends to thank me for their hamper, I have never used your order delivery service before, I live 250 miles from where this gift was delivered so I did not actually see the item in the flesh so to speak, but have been given a low down on the contents,a great selection,thank you for the count down to delivery.

  Easy to order on line and delivery was on time The delivering let service down Despite instructions asking the driver to wait for door to be answered he didn’t The person receiving goods has recently had an op and can’t get to the door quickly she managed to catch driver before he drove off Again I had requested driver carry goods in as friend has walking sticks and he was extremely reluctant despite the fact it was obvious my friend could not carry the goods herself The driver claimed he only had 30 seconds per delivery this is not good for elderly or infirm -I appreciate it is a busy time of year but the standard of delivery let my experience down

  The whole booking online process was simple and efficient. I was kept informed about the delivery service. As the gift was a thank you to a ward at a large hospital so I wasnt expecting to receive any comments or thanks for the gift so I have no idea of the quality of the fruit basket, but it sounded great.

  Had this delivered to a friend, unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house, ten doors down, the person who received it was expecting a parcel and they opened it. They fortunately realised it was not for them and were honest and rang your company to tell you and they then delivered them to my friend.

  Excellent service - I had a few 'conditions' of delivery and all were met + then a change of delivery address but again this wasn't a problem and the basket arrived on time to the correct location. The customer service I received from RAZA was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Express Gift Service to anyone.

  Excellent service from start to finish. I asked for a wedding card to be sent in place of a standard congratulations one and changed the contact details for the person receiving the gift at the last minute - both were done without any issues and my cousin loved the gift, which was sent as a surprise for her upcoming wedding. The delivery was also prompt and I have no issues in recommending this company, as their customer service both by email and telephone is very good.

  the website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. However, I was sent regular updates stating that the fruit would be delivered to me rather than to the person I had purchased the fruit for. When I checked my order I had put me down as the billing address and my friend as the delivery address but had me worried for a time. My friend did not receive any of these emails so the fruit was a complete surprise - but luckily he was in and able to receive it.
