  Everything worked fine when ordering etc.. Problem is in the delivery advice process. The hour time slot advice is sent to the purchaser NOT the recipient. As this purchaser is located 8 time zones behind the UK, most advice e-mails therefore arrive in the middle of my night. So by the time I read the delivery time slot advice, there is no way that the recipient can be advised as to the parcel arrival time, as it is usually come and gone. You need a system that advises the RECIPIEMT rather than the purchaser.
